Questions

What happens when the trial ends?

The dashboard locks until you pick a plan. We keep counting your events for 30 more days, so you lose nothing.

What if I go over my plan?

One month over does nothing. After two months in a row, we email you. A week later the dashboard locks until you upgrade or a month ends within your plan. We never stop counting.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time from the billing portal. Changes are pro-rated.

Who handles payment and tax?

Stripe, as the merchant of record. Your invoices include the right tax for your country.
